Very excited about this album. I had a bootleg download of the show that sounded very good but this should exceed it in quality by far if the reviews are any indication.

You are gonna like it.

I had the bootleg CD for years and was really excited about getting this. I even read every word on the Gate fold album cover while it played today. You need to check out the BluRay DVD of Neil Young & Crazy Horse/Barn too. Great to see Nils back in the fold ! And I KNOW you are a Nils fan ! The filmwork(of the band, recording area AND landscape) is as impressive as the music ! And you get to see Nils play piano and guitars. Kinda sad to see these guys I`ve listened to for 50 years looking more like the old guys in the V.F.W or Eagles Club, than world travelin` rock `n` rollers. Also great to see them drinkin` "shine" and tokin` on the bowl during the process !
Good to know I`m not the only one not acting my age.................................

Finally released on Vinyl, but only in Europe so far I guess. I saw them and snagged them and the price just keeps climbing. This has some of the best bass players, and other musicians out there playing live jam oriented music in the 21st century !

Marcus King Band tickets for March 13th with Drew Smithers guesting.

Going in honor and memory of my brother Karl who woulda been 61 on this date. We had seen Marcus together at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville as part of Chris Robinson`s As The Crow Flies band 4 months before his accident/death, and Drew lived in his town(Leiper`s Fork Tn.) with the rest of his band Bishop Gunn. So this show will be a good karma event for us to remember a special brother/friend !

and just got confirmation that the Steve Earle and The Dukes tickets I bought on the 5th of March, 2020 for a show to be held on June, 9th 2020 and then rescheduled for June 10th 2021 will now be honored for the show on June 19th 2022 !

That is the last of the 7 shows I bought for in 2020 to finally be seen !!!

Got 4 more things for Mike Watt to sign for me and 3 for Ed (fROMOHIO) Crawford to sign too. He usually comes to hang with Mike. Always enjoy talking with both.................as well as watching/hearing Mike play.......he`s a legend !

Over 20 years ago, I was getting ready to take the wife n kids to the next state up to my brother`s house for Thanksgiving and heard Stabbing Westward`s song>>>Save Yourself.....and I was in a frantic state of who/what/when over this song and was preoccupied by it for days until we got back and I could look it up and buy it. This is not anywhere close to the kind of music that I frequent......BUT......it took a hold of me. I just last week realized that they were together again and had put out this album that touched me in a similar way as Save Yourself did............................
